Endpoint

Any call to the module needs to use the base URL https://api.waermepumpe.de/api/1.0/subsidy.

  • Calculates the subsidy rate and subsidy amount according to BEG EM.
  • dateOfApplication: date
    The date of application for the subsidy in the format YYYY-MM. Defaults to the current month if not set. Optional
  • expenses: integer [0 - ∞]
    The expenses for the subsidy calculation. Defaults to maximum expenses if not set. Optional
  • numberOfDwellings: integer [0 - ∞]
    The number of dwellings for the subsidy calculation. Defaults to 1 if not set. Optional
  • existingHeating: integer [1 - 5]
    The existing heating installed in the dwelling. If not set, the climate speed bonus will not be applied to the subsidy calculation.
    A value of 1 indicates a gas apartment heating or oil, coal, night storage heating.
    A value of 2 indicates a central gas or biomass heating, at least 20 years old.
    A value of 3 indicates a renewable heating (e.g. heat pump or biomass), installed from 2008.
    A value of 4 indicates a renewable heating (e.g. heat pump or biomass), installed before 2008.
    A value of 5 indicates a building or district heating network.

  • ownerOccupiedDwelling: integer [0, 1]
    States if the subsidy applies to owner-occupied dwellings for the subsidy calculation. Defaults to 1 if not set or if number of dwellings is 1.
    In case of an owner-occupied dwelling, the expenses for the subsidy calculation are divided evenly across the number of dwellings. The results will reflect the subsidy for one dwelling. Optional
  • taxableHouseholdIncome: integer [1 - 5]
    The taxable household income for the subsidy calculation. If not set, the income bonus will not be applied to the subsidy calculation.
    A value of 1 indicates a taxable household income of up to and including 30000 EUR.
    A value of 2 indicates a taxable household income above 30000 EUR and up to and including 40000 EUR.
    A value of 3 indicates a taxable household income above 40000 EUR and up to and including 50000 EUR.
    A value of 4 indicates a taxable household income above 50000 EUR and up to and including 60000 EUR.
    A value of 5 indicates a taxable household income above 60000 EUR.

  • minorInHousehold: integer [0, 1]
    States if there is a minor in the household for the subsidy calculation. Defaults to 0 if not set. Optional
  • primaryResidence: integer [0, 1]
    States if the dwelling is the primary residence for the subsidy calculation. Defaults to 1 if not set. Optional
  • madeInEurope: integer [0, 1]
    States if the heat pump is made in Europe for the subsidy calculation. Defaults to 1 if not set. Optional
  • subjectToCompulsoryConnectionAndUse: integer [0, 1]
    States if the building is subject to compulsory connection to and use of a district heating system. Defaults to 0 if not set. Optional
  • Returns JSON data.

    The selected month for the subsidy application.
  • title: string
    The place where the ZIP area is (primarily) located.

    Each element of the array reflects one month and contains the following elements:

    The month for the subsidy application.
    relative: float
    The total subsidy rate for the subsidy application.
    absolute: float
    The total subsidy amount for the subsidy application.
    baseRelative: float
    The base subsidy rate for the subsidy application.
    baseAbsolute: float
    The base subsidy amount for the subsidy application.
    additionalRelative: float
    The additional subsidy rate for the subsidy application.
    additionalAbsolute: float
    The additional subsidy amount for the subsidy application.
